Emi, Headssup, parents and schools
Headssup is an acronym for all of our core emotions, do you know what they are?
Hi, I’m Jane and I’m a mum, teacher, and psychology postgraduate,
I saw first-hand how many children struggled to understand their emotions,
especially during difficult times or big transitions like starting or moving school.
And whilst studying for a Masters in Psychology, I realised, it didn’t need to be this way.
Emi grew from real classroom experience into a trusted emotional wellbeing project, commissioned by the NHS, therapists, SENDCo’s, parents, teachers and a school trust.
